Improvisers deal

All performing improvisers and workshop instructors get the improvisers deal at #SWIMP. This includes:

 

• FREE entry to all the shows at the festival

• Discounted prices to all the workshops

• Discounted prices at CityStay hotel

• More to be revealed!

Registration Fee

 

We have a fee for performing improvisers. You pay the fee after you get your invitation letter. 
The registration fee is non-refundable and is used to cover administrative costs. (In 2024 the fee is 250 SEK/person)

Communication

The artists and/or workshop instructors  are expected to read all emails sent out by the festival management. These emails contain important information about the festival, showtimes, accommodation etc. Considering how many artists, workshop instructors and long distance guests the festival management addresses simultaneously it is of utmost importance that this important information reaches all to avoid confusion and inconvenience.

Participant Waiver

The artist and/or workshop instructor hereby grant SWIMP - Sweden International Improv Festival permission to use their still image, video image and audio collected during this production.

 

The artist and/or workshop instructor also grant permission to record their image, voice, and performance, and transfer to the filmmaker/photographer all rights, title, and interest in the interview and video documentary. This includes, without limitation, the literary rights and the copyright of my picture, photograph, silhouette, other reproductions of their physical likeness and their voice collected in connection with the unlimited distribution, advertising, promotion, exhibition, and use throughout the world and in perpetuity and on whatever media is known or hereafter devised.

 

The artist and/or workshop instructor agree that they will not assert, maintain or consent to others bringing any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever against the Producer including but not limited to, those grounded upon invasion of privacy, rights or publicity or other civil rights, or for any other reason in connection with the authorized use of their physical likeness and sound in SWIMP as herein provided. The artist and/or workshop instructor hereby release the Producer and its successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liability, demands, actions, causes of action(s), costs, expenses and damages whatsoever, at law or in equity, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, which they ever had, now have, or may, shall or hereafter have by reason, matter, cause or thing arising out of the rights granted to the Producer herein.

 

The Producer, in return, agrees to retain the integrity of the artist and/or workshop instructor's image and voice, neither misrepresenting the artist and/or workshop instructor's words nor taking them out of context.
